Below are some unsolicited much appreciated kind words from some of our customers.
We have many customers that have ordered the same router bits over and over, more than a dozen times. That is when I know we're supplying our customer with a good value.

Bob-
Here's a new testimonial for you website... I hope you have room to publish it...
While standing and enjoying my son's middle school baseball game, I get a call from my production
manager concerning the very large job we have right in the middle of the manufacturing process. It
seems to be missing the right tool to shape the job, and we're just a couple of hours away from shutting
down the entire swing shift production line.
I'm distressed, as 45 people are just about to have no work, and I'm no where near the building... I call
BAM Carbide, and manage to get a hold of Bart to review the problem around 4:00pm in the afternoon...
I'm expecting to pull the large job out of the production line and pretty much obliterate the flow of the shift
for the night.
After the ballgame, I call-in to follow-up on where we're at with re-developing the work plan, and to my
suprise, they have the new tool they needed, and are continuing without a hitch... BAM Carbide
managed to get us what we needed in less than 2 hours, exceeding my expectations by days! We met
our customer's requirements, only through the incredible efforts and dedication from the people at
BAM, Inc. There's no other company like them in their industry, and I'm fortunate to have them on my
team!

Hi Bob,
Just wanted to write and thank you for the great job you do on my saw blades.
Randy just dropped some off earlier this week, I got a chance to put some to work yesterday, and am as pleased as I could be. I love the polished cutters that come back from you better than brand new.
Thanks to everyone that worked on them for the care and good workmanship,

Bob,
How much would it cost to get 0.25" shank diameter up and down spiral bits in 3" over all length with 1" cut length? I often need that extra 1/2" of reach for some 3D projects.
I have several of your 0.25 compression bits. They are great!

PS I (and your compression bits) recently worked on my 8th Extreme Makeover : Home Edition house. It was in Maynard Mass. The show is supposed to air in May. Look for the dino desk.

OK, I'm a believer.
I am cutting birch ply with your 1/4" compression bit. I'm cutting at 5" per second and 0.27" deep per pass. The resulting edges on both sides are ... well ... perfect! They are so clean that you could cut yourself on them.
Great bit .. Great price ... Priceless results!

I started using your bits about a year ago. I paid close detailed attention to the quality of your bits while working for another cabinet company here in town. Our main use for tooling was to route ¾” 2-sided melamine panels as well as various laid up panels with plastic laminate on 1 or 2 sides. All materials were particleboard, plywood or MDF Core. I did the cutting using a 3-axis overhead CNC router table made by Anderson America. I have been programming and operating CNC machines for close to 8 years and have used Leitz, Onsrud, Southeast Tool, Integra and BAM tools to list a few. To be specific, the compression 2+2 bits have been a hit and miss with all the manufacturers, except for one. Not only has BAM Tools provided me with the finest quality of tool on the market in regards to cut edge, tool life, breakage, and 2+2 edge tolerances, but the re-sharpening is as good as anything I have ever come across (quality and pricing). I am now with a cabinet manufacturer called “Architectural Wood Design” in Fresno, CA, who had never heard of BAM Tools. I am about a month into my new career with this company and had the opportunity to introduce a new product which will not only improve efficiency but save our company hundreds, if not thousands of dollars a year. My only request to you guys at BAM is that you strive to stay down to earth as you have with the low prices and great service and there will be no other reason to look anywhere else for tooling. Thank you for everything; you guys are the best in the west!
